Reg Biddulph

Reg Biddulph has been a partner at Biddulph & Turley since 1991.

He practices in most areas of the law, including all areas of Deceased Estates (including applications for Probate, Letters of Administration, contested wills, disputes over unfair wills and superannuation death benefit claims) and the preparation of wills (especially for blended families). Reg was recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in the category of Leading Wills and Litigation Lawyers in Doyles Guide in 2016.

Lisa Turley

Lisa Turley, a partner, is an accredited Family Law Specialist.

Lisa graduated in law from the University of Western Australia in 1992. Lisa completed her articles at Biddulph & Associates in 1993 and has worked since that time at the practice, becoming a partner in 1997.

Lisa has a broadly based family law practice with many rural clients and clients from all over the Perth Metropolitan area. She has acted in many “farming” cases and has both a personal and professional insight of the issues faced by separating farming families.

Lisa is one of a small number of lawyers in Perth providing quality and specialist expertise in Family Law. She is the only accredited Family Law specialist who operates in the Southern Metropolitan area of Perth.

Denise Quinless-Heyman

Denise was admitted to practice in 2007 after graduating in Law from Murdoch University. She spent a number of years at a boutique Family Law firm where she focussed her practice on Parenting disputes.

Denise has extensive experience in dealing with a range of issues surrounding parenting disputes and takes a practical and empathetic approach in achieving results. She also practices as an Independent Children’s Lawyer to represent the interests of the children solely.  Denise prides herself on providing clients with a quality and cost-effective service.

Madeleine De Leo

Madeleine graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2013 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics.  She was admitted to practice in June 2015. Madeleine provides advice and representation in relation to all areas of Family Law including property settlement disputes, parenting disputes and divorce.  Madeleine also practices in the preparation of wills.

Prior to working at Biddulph & Turley, Madeleine worked at the Southern Aboriginal Corporation Family Violence Legal Service and at the Mental Health Law Centre.

Henry Burke

Henry is a lawyer and member of of the Law Society and Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia.  Henry assists in Family Law and in Wills & Estates. Henry has practiced regionally and in the Perth Metropolitan area.
